The challenge was to develop a cohesive integrated marketing campaign for an existing brand introducing a new product, while working within a defined budget. This required aligning creative direction with strategic decision-making—selecting the most effective channels, crafting targeted messaging, and ensuring every touchpoint supported the brand identity. The goal was to create a campaign that felt both innovative and realistic, balancing strong creative concepts with practical budget constraints.
DESIGN CHALLENGE
The solution was to create a playful yet brand-aligned campaign introducing a kids line for Tecovas, extending their western heritage to a new generation. Rooted in the tagline “Homegrown, Handcrafted,” the campaign emphasized tradition, craftsmanship, and the idea of growing up western—connecting both kids and their families to the brand’s core values. Across key touchpoints, the campaign focused on immersive, community-driven activations. In-store retail experiences invited families to engage with the product firsthand, while a pop-up at Tecovas’ Texas headquarters brought the brand to life through interactive, family-friendly moments. A kids summer camp partnership further extended the campaign in a setting that felt natural and aligned with its roots. Each element was designed to maximize impact within budget by prioritizing high-engagement experiences. The result was a cohesive campaign that introduced the new product in a way that felt authentic to Tecovas and created meaningful connections with a younger audience.
